| The official kick-off to the Moosehead Lake Region's annual Snofest Celebration. Mushers along with their canine friends make the 100-Mile journey, starting at the east cove of Moosehead Lake traveling to Brownville and back. Be sure to arrive to the Moosehead Lake Region early and meet the mushers and wish the luck on their trip. Many viewing areas along the route. The race will be starting at 9:00 am, with the starting point at the Maine Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Office on Village St., Greenville. For more information please visit 100 Mile Wilderness |
